Correction made to ICD-10 definitions for Coronary Heart Disease indicator.
The definition changed for coronary heart disease mortality altered in order to fully correspond with Health People 2020 objectives. The definitions has changed from [I11, I20-I25] to [I20-I25]. Hypertensive heart diseases (I11) are no longer included in the definition.
